Baptism Preparation Class

Baptism is the most significant way you commemorate your relationship with Jesus. It's a public declaration and commitment. Going into the water and coming out is a symbol of our new life in Jesus' grace and mercy. And it's an opportunity to invite your most important relationships to be a part of that commitment.

We're dedicating an entire Sunday morning to baptisms on April 9 (Palm Sunday). We'll have a short talk about the importance of baptisms, and then we're going to baptize lots of people and hear stories about how people's lives have been changed, with worship interspersed. It's going to be a fun event to bring your families and friends to.

If you would like to get baptized in April, please plan to attend our prep class on Sunday, March 5 in the Backstage Bistro. The class will last 30 minutes, and you can come at either 11:00 or 1:00, after the services.

Teenagers 7th grade and older are eligible to be baptized, though we ask 7th and 8th graders to sign up for the Limitless Baptism Class with Stephanie Regester ([email protected]).

If you are attending the Neighborhood Campus, the prep class will be on March 26, 9:30am at Budlong. Please email [email protected] to sign up for that class.
