As a church family, one of our goals is to reach the
men, women, and children in our area, serving them generously,
communicating to them the truth of the gospel and the
mercy of God with the power of the Spirit. We also have
a call beyond ourselves, to extend this same kind of
ministry all over the world. We have a goal to plant
50 churches out of Evanston Vineyard into neighborhoods
that do not have a community of faith like this one,
within the lifetime of the founders of this church.
Steve and Cindy Nicholson, senior pastors of Evanston
Vineyard, are also the coordinators for the church planting
task force of the Vineyard USA, leading a team of almost
50 church planting coordinators in eight regions across
the USA, planting an average of 50 churches every year
for the last ten years. For more information on how
