Facility Rental and Promotional Forms
Rooms are available for rental for both Evanson Vineyard events and non-Vineyard events. We recognize the importance of promoting your Evanston Vineyard event. If you would like to utilize some of our promotional vehicles, please download our Promotional request form as well. Use this form if you would like to promote your Evanston Vineyard event via website, Sunday program, etc.

Use this form if you need promotional, childcare approval, and/ or audio/visual resources offered by the church along with your room rental. |
Child Safety Plan Form
Use this form if you are providing childcare for children 12 and younger at an Evanston Vineyard event.
