The Harvest Clothes Closet is open to serve patrons during the same hours as the food pantry. 

DONATIONS:

We accept gently used, clean clothing on the 2nd Sunday every month before and after each service in the lobby.  Donations are also accepted by a sort team serving at the Harvest Clothes Closet on Tuesdays between the hours of 10:00-11:30 am. 

Please note that we are unable to accept non-clothing type items.

AREAS TO SERVE:

Set-Up Team: To be prepared to open doors at 6:00 pm every Wednesday, we need volunteers who arrive at 5:30 to move clothes racks and containers into place. From 6:00 to 8:00 we need volunteers who can help serve patrons and restock the racks and containers. During this time we also have volunteerswho sort and organize donations in the storage rooms.

Sort Teams: For this ministry to operate, we depend on volunteers who help sort and organize the donated clothes.  On any given week, the storage room is stacked to the ceiling with bags and boxes of donated clothes.  Without faithful volunteers, we would be unable to open the doors to serve our patrons.

We are currently in need more hands to help!  Please consider serving on one of the Sort Teams listed below:

Weekday Sort Teams:

• Tuesday’s 10:00-11:30 am

• Early AM Sort Team: 6:30-7:30am - Day of the week will vary from week to week. Ideal for those who work or go to school – come serve before you start your workday.
